We want you to stay healthy and feeling your best. Made to keep your body in top condition, our APO Recovery System works for people at all levels of exercise. This is because it uses recovery fitness to help decrease after-workout soreness, while increasing flexibility. By emphasizing muscle recovery after a workout, it helps beginners and experienced members improve performance in future exercise.

The Apogee Fitness program starts with challenging group fitness sessions. Our APO Recovery System component allows each member to give their body a little bit of TLC after working so hard. Our coaches will walk you through a series of dynamic post-workout recovery stretches designed to reduce lactic acid build-up in your muscles (the culprit of your soreness the day following a workout) and to improve flexibility. We also use foam rollers and various rolling techniques that massage the muscles to increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscle tissue. Foam rolling assists with the body’s natural healing process and can lengthen muscles, reduce soreness or stiffness, and decrease pain.
